Off Campus Event/ Trip Policies
All off-campus events/ trips (i.e., KOP mall, NYC, theater shows, etc.) are open to Bryn Mawr students only. Non Bryn Mawr students and non-students can sign-up for trips if space is available 2 days prior to the trip date. Refunds for cancellations are given up to 1 week prior to the event. Refunds will not be give if the cancellation is made less than 1 week prior to the event.
 
Film screenings are free for all members of the Bryn Mawr community. Public Performance license for all films purchased through Swank Motion Pictures, Inc.
