How can I save to my local drives? I get an error when I try to do it.

In the Save dialog box, do not choose the drive 'Local Disk (C:)'. Choose drives that have the designations of [drive letter] on [computer name] (for example, C on D-08-9999). The drive letters correspond to the drives on your computer.

Where should I save my report? And how do I retrieve the report from my computer?

You could save your report anywhere on any drive available on your local computer. However, the easiest place to save the report is on your computer's C drive:

  • In the Save dialog box, choose 'C on [computer name]' (for example, C on D-08-9999)

    *

  • Make sure 'Save In:' is 'C on [computer name]'. Change the file name to something meaningful and click on the Save button.

    *

To retrieve the report you had saved:

  • In the Open dialog box, choose 'Local Disk (C:)'

    *

  • You should see your report. Click on the file once to mark it and click on the Open button.
