If you are having problems with Terminal Services that cannot be answered by the FAQ page you should contact the Help Desk. Problems with Terminal Services are problems encountered up to logging into Financial Edge, e.g. logging into the Terminal Services server, getting a blank screen when logging into Financial Edge, etc. If you encounter problems after logging in to Financial Edge you should call the Controller's Office.
