Housing Accommodations for Students with Disabilities

Any deadlines are listed on the Room Draw Calendar . If you have questions concerning the dates when forms must be submitted, refer to the Calendar or contact the Office of Residential Life in the Campus Center.

Students who believe they need modification of housing procedure due to limitations caused by a documented disability must contact Access Services in Canwyll House.

Reasonable accommodations are provided for qualified students who disclose a disability that causes substantial limitations in a college environment. Accordingly, the College will consider modifying housing arrangements, when appropriate, to help a student compensate for a disability or chronic medical condition that has a significant impact in a residential setting.

  • Students are encouraged to request modifications in housing and to provide the required documentation as early as possible to allow sufficient time for consideration and planning. Otherwise, options may be limited.
