Off-Campus Storage & Shipping

On campus storage, available only to International and West Coast students, is very limited and not secure. Students choosing to store belongings on campus do so at their own risk , since the College cannot assume responsibility for items lost, stolen, or damaged. In order to provide students with secure, insured, unlimited-space storage options, the Office of Residential Life has compiled this list of area shipping and storage facilities that are happy to assist students. Below are some things to keep in mind when making shipping or off-campus storage arrangements:

• Storage companies that drop off storage bins and then return at a later date to retrieve the filled bins are not allowed on Bryn Mawr's campus. Any storage bin left on campus will be removed by the College at expense to the student. Examples of prohibited storage providers are Pods, Door to Door Storage and Self Storage Delivered.
  
  
• Contact storage facilities by mid-April . With so many colleges in the area, units go fast!
  
  
• Split units/costs with friends.
  
  
• Ask about insurance, security.
  
  
• Ask about student discounts, special rates.
  
  
• The College Bookshop sells boxes, packing tape, etc.
  
  
• Pack boxes that you can carry yourself.
