Archaeology Professor James Wright delivered the keynote address at an international conference hosted by the Cyprus-American Archaeological Research Institute. The theme of the conference was “Environment, landscape, and society: diachronic perspectives on settlement patterns on Cyprus.” Professor Wright’s talk, “The longue durée: the piedmont of the Corinthia and cycles of regional occupation,” opened the conference.
The conference also provided an occasion for a mini-reunion of alumnae from the Archaeology department, who can be seen with Professor Wright in the photo.
