Campus Safety Dispatcher (Part-Time)

Bryn Mawr College has an opening for a Part-Time Campus Safety Dispatcher.

THE POSITION

Provide for the safety and well-being of students, faculty, staff and property by supplementing the efforts of Campus Safety officers. Perform functions relating to emergency and routine radio and telephone communications. Document shift activity of Campus Safety officers. Monitor campus alarm systems. Assist walk-ins who request service or assistance.  The position is Saturday-Sunday from 7:30 am – 3:30 pm.

QUALIFICATIONS:

One year's experience as a dispatcher in a College/University environment or as a member in a campus safety office with frequent telephone contact with customer base determining needs and acting upon them; or any combination of experience, education and training which provides the required skills, abilities, and general knowledge.
