Interlibrary Loan Coordinator
Bryn Mawr College has an opening for an Interlibrary Loan Coordinator.
THE POSITION
Bryn Mawr College Libraries invites applications for the position of Interlibrary Loan Coordinator within the Library & Information Technology Services group. The position uses online resource sharing systems to initiate, receive, and respond to requests for both lending and borrowing activities. Works with and acts as backup for the EZBorrow Coordinator for resource sharing through that platform. Manages the day-to-day operations of interlibrary loan activities. Responsible for use and evaluation of ILL software and practices (currently OCLC and ILLiad), manages workflows related to Interlibrary Loan and creates policies and procedures for the same. Participates in departmental working groups. This is an excellent opportunity for a college graduate with a minimum of 2 years of library experience in any role with preference for someone with interlibrary loan experience.
Reporting to the Director of Collection Management & Discovery, the Interlibrary Loan Coordinator is part of a team encompassing Electronic Resources and Serials, Acquisitions, Cataloging, and Interlibrary Loan.
