Assistant/Associate Director of Affinity Programs

Bryn Mawr College is accepting applications for an Assistant/Associate Director of Affinity Programs.

As a member of the Alumnae Relations and Development (ARD) team reporting to the Director of Alumnae/i Engagement, the Assistant/ Associate Director of Affinity Programing is responsible for the management of select alumna/i affinity programing. The Assistant/Associate Director will plan and implement affinity-specific events and activities that enable alumnae/i groups to engage with the College and further its goal of fostering pride and maintain meaningful relationships with alumnae/i after graduation. A successful candidate will also champion volunteer and philanthropic engagement.   Will oversee existing alumnae/i affinity programs, design and implement new affinity programming as appropriate to engage our alumnae/i with the College and with one another.  Support affinity program volunteer committees, Liaison with fundraising colleagues to support affinity-based philanthropic efforts.
