Lead Catering Assistant

THE POSITION

Bryn Mawr College has an opening for a Lead Catering Assistant in Wyndham.

Ensure catering events are set up in a timely and efficient manner following catering guidelines and maintaining catering buffet standards. Provide flexible support to campus events. Provide excellent customer service and professionalism within the college community. Train and supervise student employees. Instruct and oversee students setting up, working, and breaking down events.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in an institutional environment, thorough knowledge of safety precautions and regulations. Any combination of experience, education or training which provides the necessary skill, ability, and knowledge. Must possess valid driver’s license and ServSafe Certification.

Bryn Mawr College is an institution of higher education offering a four-year, educational experience to approximately 1,400 students. Bryn Mawr was the first women’s college to offer graduate education through the Ph.D., and the College continues its support of master and doctoral programs through its Graduate School of Arts and Sciences and its Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research.

The College is in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania which is easily accessible by public transportation from Philadelphia.
