Afternoon Virtual Career Chat with Zahabya Mama '17
Zahabya Mama '17 majored in political science and Russian Studies at Bryn Mawr. Combining her interests in international relations and language, she studied abroad and/or interned in Saint Petersburg, London, and Vilnius during her four-year academic career. Zahabya then pursued a fifth year of study in Almaty, Kazakhstan, as an NSEP Boren Scholar.
Before joining Chemonics International in 2020, Zahabya was a member of the SID-US (formerly known as SID-Washington) team and managed SID-US’s annual events and communications.
Zahabya is currently a Senior Program Manager for the Europe and Eurasia region at Chemonics International, working on two programs: The USAID/OTI Ukraine Confidence Building Initiative program and the USAID Tajikistan Learn Together Activity.
