The Department of Transnational Italian Studies cordially invites you to a Round Table and Book Presentation of “Primo Levi: Essays in Dialogue with Nicholas Patruno”, with co-editors Roberta Ricci and Chiara Benetollo (2024) and authors Luca Zipoli, Simona Wright, and Peter Kurtz. The volume is an expansion of the successful symposium on Primo Levi organized by the Department of Transnational Italian Studies and co-sponsored by the Provost’s Office and the President’s Office at Bryn Mawr College on April 22, 2022. This collection points toward a profusion of pathways into and through Levi’s writings, by opening perspectives that are both historical and theoretical, archival and actual, textual and cinematographic. The event is co-sponsored by the President’s Office, Comparative Literature, Praxis, MECANA, the Class of 1902 Lecture Fund, and is open to the broad Bi-Co community. Please contact rricci@brynmawr.edu for more information.
