This 3-day Intensive is led by Adrienne Mason Johnson, an alumna of Wellesley College and The Wharton School, who has considerable experience in consulting, strategic initiatives, program management, data analysis, process improvement, team leadership, and more.

Through a combination of classroom time, networking with consulting professionals, and site visits, students will learn:

  • business fundamentals
  • the intent and nature of management consulting
  • the kinds of assignments given to interns or new college graduates
  • an understanding, through examples, of the consulting engagement lifecycle (from requests for proposals to a final deliverable)
  • how the case interview works and how to apply inductive reasoning
  • how to think about real world business issues and develop hypotheses for potential solutions

Sessions will take place over Spring Break:

  • Thursday, March 9 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (breakfast and lunch provided)
  • Friday, March 10 from roughly 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (TBD based on site visit schedule)
  • Saturday, March 11 from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. (breakfast and lunch provided)
