The Growth  Structure of Cities Department at Bryn Mawr College hosts a panel discussion "Pedestrian Oriented Cities in China? The Chengdu New Science City Competition as a Vision for the Future."

This discussion will center around efforts made to bring the concepts of POD into the development discussions in China. The Chengdu New Science City Competition entry by Pelli Clark Pelli Architects, in which Mr. Chan and Dr. Voith participated will be used.
