Counseling Services Fall 2021 Mood Management Workshop Series
Mood Management is a three-part workshop intended to increase your understanding of emotions and develop strategies to help you cope when your emotions become distressing and hard to tolerate. These strategies can help individuals cope with depression, navigate relationship problems, cope with stress and anxiety, and improve self-esteem.
