Counter-Narratives International Film Festival: A Discussion with the Directors
Join us for a rescheduled discussion on Los Hermanos/The Brothers with Directors Marcia Jarmel and Ken Schneider.
Tri-Co’s new film festival will feature monthly screenings of films from around the globe depicting controversial flashpoints from 21st-century history.
Each screening will be followed by a discussion about the topics raised by the films, be it about a local conflict, a war, or a series of protests. We invite Tri-Co students and faculty to engage with contemporary international cinema, interrogate topical, existential crises, and learn more about the intersection between arts, politics, war, and constitutional freedoms.
