Counter-Narratives International Film Series: 'Alles Gut'

Join us for a screening of Alles Gut (dir. Pia Lenz, 2017), a documentary about migrant children from Syria and Macedonia in Germany.

Save the date: Dec. 1 at 4:15 p.m. there will be a Zoom event with the director.

This new film series will feature monthly screenings of films from around the globe depicting controversial flashpoints from 21st-century history.

Each screening will be followed by a discussion about the topics raised by the films, be it about a local conflict, a war, or a series of protests. We invite Tri-Co students and faculty to engage with contemporary international cinema, interrogate topical, existential crises, and learn more about the intersection between arts, politics, war, and constitutional freedoms.
