The CDC recently strengthened its stance, now strongly recommending booster doses for all eligible adults, particularly with the emergence of the Omicron variant.
The College has arranged for Walmart Pharmacy to administer boosters for the BMC community from 9 a.m. through 3:45 p.m. on Thursday, Dec. 16, in Old Library Great Hall. Pfizer and Moderna will be available. Please make an appointment in advance and bring the following documents to your appointment:
- COVID-19 Vaccination Record Card (a photo or a photocopy is okay)
- Medical insurance card (the original or a photo or a photocopy of the front and back)
- Identification (BMC ID/Onecard, a driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued ID (if available)
- A completed Walmart Vaccine Administration Record and Informed Consent Form
- A completed Walmart Immunization Insurance Coverage Form
There is no cost to you to receive the COVID-19 booster. Each appointment should take at least 20 minutes so please plan accordingly.
