Learn more about the Russian Department's upcoming Inside-Out Prison Exchange Program course (Spring 2023), which will be conducted at State Correctional Institution Chester with students there. Bi-Co students will need to complete a brief form by Oct. 17 and an interview after fall break to receive instructor approval.
