Jewish and/or BIPOC Conversation

Feb 2
2023
6:00pm - 7:30pm
On Campus Event - Student Life and Wellness Building (The Well), Community Room 173

Rabbi Nora Woods and Joi Dallas will be having a conversation for Jewish and/or BIPOC students to attend, where they will discuss the relationship between antisemitism and anti-black racism on Thursday, Feb. 2 from 6-7:30 p.m. in the Community Room of the Student Life and Wellness Center. The focus of this conversation will be on how to best be in complex, diverse community working towards justice and liberation for all people, knowing that we all depend on each other.

Our hope is to have ongoing conversations. After Joi and Rabbi Nora's conversation, there will be affinity space for students to process what they have heard.

If you identify with either or both of these groups, please feel free to fill out this Wufoo to indicate any questions/topics you'd like to see addressed.
