The Career & Civic Engagement Center is presenting Bryn Mawr & Girls Who Invest's virtual event.

This conversation will be facilitated by Career & Civic Engagement Center staff! Listen, Learn, and Connect with an inspiring 2018 alum and a student from the Class of 2024 who is BMC's Girls Who Invest Campus Ambassador.

Girls Who Invest creates a pipeline of talented and motivated young women who are prepared to succeed in the industry through intensive educational programs, a meaningful paid internship, and a robust on-going community.

Panelists:

• Keana Bloomfield 18, is an Investment Advisor at PNC Private Bank in Philadelphia, where she manages portfolio for high and ultra high net worth individuals and families. She provides her clients with financial and stock market advice with the philosophy of marrying returns to client goals. Keana was also part of PNC's Development Program where she acted as banking and investment analyst supporting senior advisors before graduating in 2021. She also holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. She graduated from Bryn Mawr College with a degree in English and a minor in Economics. Whilst in college, she participated as one of thirty college students in the inaugural 2016 Girls Who Invest program, dedicated to helping more women break into the asset management industry. Keana acts as the co-chair of PNC's African-American Employee Business Resource Group's Mentoring Committee and was the former co-chair PNC's AMG ForWARD, an initiative meant to help early career women further their career paths. She recently served as the Advisory Board Representative for the Girls Who Invest Alumni Council. Outside of work, she likes to mentor, volunteer, read and listen to all things Beyoncé.

• Abhi Suresh '24, is BMC's Girls Who Invest Campus Ambassador. She participated in a highly selective, rigorous 4-week training program focused on core finance and investment concepts and skills taught by leading business school professors and investment professionals. Upon completion, she earned a 7-week paid internship on an investment team at a top asset management internship.
