Music and Conversation with James Schlefer with his Sankyoku Ensemble
The Kessinger Family Fund for Asian Performing Arts at Haverford College presents Music and Conversation with a Sankyoku Ensemble featuring James Nyoraku Schlefer, Yoko Reikano Kimura, and Sumie Kaneko, performing on shakuhachi, koto, shamisen and voice, Monday, April 3 at 7 p.m.
Their program EASTERN LIGHT features traditional and contemporary music for the ensemble. This concert will be held in the Michael Jaharis Recital Hall and is free and open to the public. It will also be presented via livestream at this link: hav.to/eh0.
