Mary Pat Brady, associate professor of Latina/o Studies at Cornell University, will present Children without Childhoods, a lecture about her work on the Latinx child under racialized capitalism. 

Professor Brady's Scales of Captivity: Racial Capitalism and the Latinx Child, which was published by Duke University Press in March, is the first book to bring together childhood studies, critical race theory, and Latinx cultural studies.
