Transgender Day of Remembrance Vigil

Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR) is observed annually on November 20th to honor the memory of those who lost their lives due to anti-transgender violence. This year, for TDOR 2023, we remember the lives of over 300 individuals.

We invite anyone in the Bryn Mawr College community to join us in our service and reflect on the challenges facing the trans and gender-diverse community. We will be lighting electronic candles and reading a list of names. (Please dress warmly as we will be outdoors.)
