Join Beth Kotarski and Health and Wellness Center Advisory Board (HCAB) members Kass Zhang and Kyle Bledsoe in making sachets of lavender that can help promote better sleep!
This Wellness Education Week (WEW) event aims to encourage conversation about sleep wellness and spread awareness about how important it is to recharge your body and mind with sleep, especially during the stressful college midterm season.
