Biography
Clayton joined Bryn Mawr in 2023 and leads office admin, in addition to community building (both with our BMC campus constituents and further afield) and working with the senior team on calendar and travel management. Clayton comes from a background predominantly in the performing arts and music. While maintaining over a decade-long career as an opera and choral singer, Clayton simultaneously worked for one of the world’s leading artist management companies, Opus 3 Artists. During this time, he also earned his 200-hour yoga teaching certification, began work on his 500-hour certification, and taught yoga for 7 years throughout NYC. More recently, he worked for The Moth and the American Academy in Rome. Outside of the Investment Office where his ever-evolving creative endeavors continue to weave their winding path, he spends his time as a quiltmaker whose work has been exhibited at the Brooklyn Museum, Arts Gowanus, as well a bit closer to Bryn Mawr’s campus at the Mainline Arts Center in Haverford, PA. He is the proud companion to two senior cats, one step-cat, and his boyfriend. They all live together in Brooklyn.
