Talk: Sister Mary Scullion at Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church

Is homelessness a cause you care about? Hear Sister Mary Scullion, named by Time as one of the "100 Most Influential People in the World," present on how to get involved in ending homeless!

The Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church Community Forum Distinguished Speaker Series began in 1997 in conjunction with the congregation’s 125th anniversary.

Tuesday, October 25, the distinguished speaker will be Sister Mary Scullion, R.S.M. She is a Philadelphia-based American Roman Catholic religious sister and activist, named by Time as one of the "100 Most Influential People in the World" in 2009, alongside Michelle Obama and Oprah Winfrey.

Sister Mary, founder, President and Executive Director of Project H.O.M.E., will give a presentation on “Working to End Homelessness: Be Part of the Solution!” The format is a 45-minute presentation followed by a time for questions. This presentation is free and open to the public and will take place on Tuesday, October 25, at 7:30PM in the Bryn Mawr Presbyterian Church Sanctuary.
