The following email was sent to faculty, students, and staff by Academic Program Administrator Sarah Theobald on Thursday, November 5.
In order to celebrate the accomplishments of employees, and to express the College's gratitude across campus, the Staff Association of Bryn Mawr College has established the Staff Association Staff Award, to be conferred semi-annually in recognition of contributions made by employees often working quietly behind the scenes.
Criteria for nominees include (but are not limited to) staff who are hard-working, humble, kind, dedicated, enthusiastic, approachable, considerate, and willing to go over and above expectations.
Nominations may be submitted by any member of the Bryn Mawr community. Community members may nominate as many individuals as they like. The Staff Association Executive Council will review nominations, and announce the first group of awardees at the Staff Association Holiday Fair (Thursday, December 3rd, 2015 at 11:30 am).
Nominations are accepted on a rolling basis, but to be considered for this round of awards, please submit your nomination by Tuesday, November 17th.
