The below email was sent to the parents of current undergraduate students on January 17, 2025.
Dear parents of current undergraduate students:
The greater Philadelphia area is expected to receive snowfall on the afternoon of Sunday, January 19th. Students and their families or guardians who are coming to Bryn Mawr College’s campus are advised to exercise caution and consider delaying their trip due to the weather forecast.
Meals from Dining Services will not be available until Sunday. If students arrive before Sunday, separate meal arrangements will need to be made.
Any further updates to regular campus operations will be listed at our college service disruption website at https://alert.brynmawr.edu/ or by calling Bryn Mawr Campus Safety’s Weather Hotline: 610-526-7310. If you have further safety questions, the regular phone number for Campus Safety is 610-526-7911.
