Change Agent Fund
Born out of the Student Strike of 2020, the Change Agent Fund was developed to create an opportunity for students, staff and faculty to apply for funds that will support efforts to analyze, recommend and provide solutions for inequities experienced at Bryn Mawr College.
Committing $10,000 annually to address experiences of marginalization, inequity and vulnerability.
In recognition of the value of contributions to institutional change made by members of the Bryn Mawr community, the College has created the Change Agent Fund, committing a budget of $10,000 annually to address experiences of marginalization, inequity and vulnerability—especially around race, ability, income and citizenship status. With these funds, students, staff and faculty will be able to develop and implement projects that transform our community and create greater awareness, better support and revised processes and policies at Bryn Mawr.
Applications to the Change Agent Fund will be accepted on a rolling basis and will be reviewed in early October and early March (additional times as needed). Applications will consist of a proposal that includes an impact statement, a timeline and a budget. Coordinated through The Impact Center for Community, Equity, and Understanding, a committee comprised of students, staff and faculty will review all applications and determine funding allocations.
