Eleanor Stanford

Ellie Stanford is a fellowship adviser at Bryn Mawr College. She also teaches in the Emily Balch Seminar program.

She earned her MFA in creative writing at the University of Virginia and is author of three books of poetry. In 2014, she was a Fulbright fellow in Brazil, where she researched and wrote about traditional midwifery.

She lives in Narberth and has three sons.
