
Students in Professor of Mathematics Victor Donnay’s education course, Changing Pedagogies in Math and Science Education, attended a STEM Educator Career Exploration Fair at Temple University in March 2022.
Bryn Mawr alum Maria Minaya '18 presented a session about teaching during the event. Minaya, who received a National Science Foundation Robert Noyce Teacher Scholarship and got certified to teach mathematics at the secondary level through Bryn Mawr’s Post-Baccalaureate Teacher Certification program, is presently teaching in Philadelphia’s Lincoln High School.
Tasnim Aziz '13 was a keynote speaker at the event.
Both Minaya and Aziz were students in earlier editions of Donnay’s Changing Pedagogies course.
