Forum on Justice and Opportunity Brings Together Experts, Activists in Human Services
The Graduate School of Social Work and Social Research is among the sponsors of The Forum on Justice and Opportunity, which connects volunteers and social change activists to human service experts in order to activate partnerships and build holistic approaches to service across the region.
The forum is from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 11, 2017, at the National Museum of American Jewish History, 101 S. Independence Mall, Philadelphia.

Keynote speaker is Dr. Kathryn Edin, one of the nation's leading poverty researchers, who is the Bloomberg Distinguished Professor of Sociology and Public Health at Johns Hopkins University co-directs the Poverty and Inequality Research Lab and is founding faculty director of the 21st Century Cities Initiative.
