Proposed course evaluation question concerning equity and inclusion, Spring, 2018 (adopted as pilot Fall, 2020)

Reflected on and responded to 2017-18, 2018-19, 2019-20 Diversity and Inclusion reports

Submitted community responses on Inclusion and Equity Frameworks 2018-19, 2019-20 

Supported ​and pooled information about various community efforts to engage anti-racist education and action 

Led a participatory process (65 campus community members participating) to developing an Anti-Racist Framework for Bryn Mawr College to define and anchor anti-racist action

Envisioning and advocating for a Center for Anti-Racist Action that would support all units on campus to work toward anti-racist goals

Fall, 2020: Changed name from "Campaign for Anti-Racist Literacy at BMC," to "Coalition for Anti-Racist Literacy at BMC," to better describe the continued efforts toward forward anti-racist movement.
