The Judy Loomis Gould Scholarship program provides a grant for summer study abroad.
This funding is subject to Bryn Mawr's travel policy restrictions. If Bryn Mawr is not supporting travel, this scholarship can be used to fund virtual study abroad programs for Summer 2025.
Eligibility
The Scholarship is open to rising sophomores, rising juniors and rising seniors who would otherwise not have the opportunity to study abroad during their undergraduate years.

The Thomas Raeburn White Scholarships were established by Amos and Dorothy Peaslee in honor of Thomas Raeburn White, Trustee of the College from 1907-1959.
The Scholarship program provides funding for summer language instruction, usually abroad.
This funding is subject to Bryn Mawr's travel policy restrictions. If Bryn Mawr is not supporting travel, this scholarship can be used to fund virtual study abroad programs for Summer 2025.
Eligibility
Preference is given to Junior language majors who lack previous study abroad.

The Elizabeth Gray Vining Scholarship provides up to 1 million yen for those seeking direct contact with Japanese culture.
It can be used to fund summer study abroad in Japan. Although in general preference will be given to those with at least basic knowledge of Japanese, exceptions may be made depending on the nature of the project or program proposed.
Eligibility
The scholarship is open to graduating students, but returning students will receive preference.

The Fulbright UK Summer Institutes are three- to four week-programs for US undergraduate students, who have no or very little travel experience outside North America. Funding includes travel, tuition, and room and board. Participants can explore the culture, heritage and history of the UK while experiencing higher education at a UK university. Open to first-years and sophomores with a 3.7 GPA or higher. U.S. citizenship required. Deadline: mid-February
Fully funded Junior Summer Institutes at various colleges and universities for students committed to pursuing a career in public service such as government, nonprofits, and humanitarian and international organizations. Open to juniors U.S. citizens, permanent residents, and DACA recipients. Several Summer Institutes are also open to international students. Deadline: early November
